What exactly does a service include?

We strip your used linens, put on a fresh set, and make the bed properly. Corners tucked, duvet smoothed, pillows arranged. We fold or bag the used set and leave it where you would like, or take it with us if you have added laundering.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most customers give us a door code, lockbox or garage code. You can be home if you would rather. Whatever is comfortable.

Do you provide the sheets?

We use your own linens. Most people have a second set, and we can rotate them for you. If you would like help setting up a rotation, just ask.

How often should sheets really be changed?

Once a week for most people. Every three to four days if you have pets in the bed or you deal with allergies or asthma. More often in the summer.

Is there a contract?

None. Recurring plans are month to month and you can pause, reschedule or cancel anytime.

Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Yes. Off-site laundering is an add-on, priced per case depending on whether it is sheets only or includes comforters and duvets. Ask for a quote.

Absolutely. We offer scent-free detergents and fabric softener sheets. Tell us your preferences once and we will remember them.

Do you make bunk beds and daybeds?

Yes. Bunk beds, daybeds, trundles and cribs all count as beds. Each additional bed in the same visit is $25.

What if my bed is against a wall?

That is common and it is not a problem. We work from the accessible sides and still get the fitted sheet on straight.
